Found this flower (weed?) amongst the tall grass of my overgrown yard. I’m guessing it’s a gift from one of the many winged creatures that frequent my yard. No idea what it’s called, but I’m happy to share my humus with it nonetheless.

It’s uploading fine now….
Showed this to my mom and we both knew we should know what this is called, but couldn’t think of the name. Maybe it’ll dawn on one of us in a day or two.
Glad I didn’t spend half a day trying to fix it then.
Thanks for the detective work on the flower. I’ve never seen one like it before (that I remember). I’m guessing it’s a wildflower, but I really haven’t a clue.
